Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund. Please review the details below for our returns process.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fullerscope.com or use the contact form on our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable delivery method.

 

REFUNDS

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within seven (7) days. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

 

EXCEPTIONS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
